Marcin works on AI - chatbots, automation, GPT and Claude integrations. When a client says 'we want something with AI', Marcin explains what can actually be done vs. what's just marketing.

Magda talks to clients and figures out what they actually need. Then explains it to developers so they know what to code. Often hears 'oh, so that's what you meant!'.

Bartek specializes in microservices and distributed systems. When a project grows and starts falling apart - he knows how to split it so it works again. Kubernetes fan.

Natalia codes in React and Next.js. Loves animations and micro-interactions - those little things that make a site 'alive'. Always cares about accessibility.

Kacper builds native iOS apps in Swift. Perfectionist when it comes to mobile UX - every gesture, every transition must be perfect. Apple would hire him.

Weronika writes automated tests - Selenium, Cypress, Playwright. Her CI/CD pipeline catches bugs before anyone can say 'works on my machine'.

Szymon handles infrastructure as code - Terraform, Ansible, entire cloud environments. If something needs to be set up from scratch or migrated - that's his domain.

Julia builds data pipelines and warehouses. Spark, Airflow, dbt - that's her daily routine. When a client has millions of records and doesn't know what to do - Julia knows.

Mateusz takes care of application security. Does security code reviews, pentests and audits. When he says 'it's secure' - it's secure.

Zuza does user research - interviews, usability tests, A/B tests. Knows why people click where they click and how to use that to make apps intuitive.

Kuba codes in Node.js and Angular. Fast worker - when something needs to be done yesterday, he's first to raise his hand. Not afraid of legacy code.

Oliwia writes documentation that's actually helpful. API docs, user guides, READMEs - all clear and to the point. Developers love her for this.
