Test Methodology
MVP scope: onboarding, user profile, workout list, GPS tracking during run, Garmin/Apple Watch sync, friends leaderboard.
Results - Development Time
Flutter won, but not as decisively as Google's marketing suggests. React Native was close. Native took over 2x more time - but you're counting two separate apps.
